To apply for TEC please fill out the following information to the best of your knowledge.
Please indicate your preferences in order of priority. You are not guaranteed that position on a team, but preferences will be taken into consideration. Team selection will be made about six weeks prior to the weekend. Adult Advisor: Must have previous team experience. Coordinates teams. Co-Director: Must have previous team experience. Leads the weekend. Must submit a summary of previous TEC experience and the gifts you have to offer as a Co-Director. Table Leader: Involves listening and sharing. Facilitates conversation at tables during the weekend. Wheat Team: Involves praying and leading of worship services. Prepares speakers. Kitchen Team: Involves hard work and limited interaction with the conference room. Prepares meals for the weekend. Support Team: Involves hard work and limited interaction with the conference room. Completes work behind the scenes. Music Team: Requires an ability to play an instrument or to be able to sing, to do hand motions, and to have enthusiasm. Please indicate in the notes if you sing and/or what instrument you can play. Photographer: Experience needed in taking pictures on a digital camera, downloading to a computer, and producing a simple slideshow. Please indicate in the notes if you have your own equipment and are willing to use it. Maitre'D: Experience needed. Coordinates Agape Dinner. Must attend leaders meeting and Sunday of the weekend.
By entering my name in the following field, I agree to attend 2 team meetings prior to the weekend, and to dress appropriately according to the TEC dress code. A meeting schedule will be provided at time of notification of team position. The cost of the weekend is $40.00 payable at the first team meeting.
